We are seeking a Training, Quality Control & Area Manager to join our team! You will execute our cleaning training program to current and future cleaning staff.
We are a residential cleaning service currently serving the downtown Toronto core. We specialize in condo, short term and executive rental cleanings as well as some office cleaning. The quality of service is #1 and this candidate would be responsible for ensuring the cleaners are trained and continue to exceed our and our customer’s expectations. Every customer rates our services and poor reviews = loss of business.
- Take current training program and improve its content and delivery
- Help in the recruitment process and new cleaner integration
- Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations – from time to time as needed
- Candidate is responsible to ensure service quality is always at its best
- Travel between clients, drive cleaners, deliver cleaning supplies as needed
- A self starter that is able to take charge, lead the team and be pro-active
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, hotel housekeeping or other related fields mandatory
- Familiarity with cleaning materials, cleaning products, cleaning techniques and knowledge of equipment
- Very strong attention to detail, able to manage a team and work independently essential
- Strong work ethic, reliable and motivated with good people skills
- Drivers license a must
- Must be able to work in Canada
- Pass a background check and bond-able a must
- Must be 100% proficient in English and Spanish
