The Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales- and marketing-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales results. Development and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making. The Sales Analyst is responsible for the development of sales reports, sales forecasts, market analysis, and key performance and profitability metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of experience; preferably with exposure to a sales environment
- Strong computer skills; advanced Excel ability required
- Must be analytical, a good communicator, results-oriented, and have good organizational, people, and leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to perform analysis, organize data, and create reports from various sources. Experience with a BI platform is a plus.
