As part of our growth strategy we are opening a new office.
Helping our client not just put a bum on seat, but help them look at cost saving ways to ensure they have a productive workforce to make them more competitive in their own markets and in turn win more work.
This role requires someone who can work with our candidates to ensure every role that we get from a client is filled. You are the support team in the office filling each job, with our sales team on the road getting these jobs.
Full Time – 40 hour per week ( 9:30am – 7:30pm) – $21 CAD per hour
Part Time – 25 hour per week ( 9:30am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 7:30pm) – $17 CAD per hour
Your key responsibilities will include:
Filling each job the day we receive the order, which means you will have to work fast and to a deadline each and every day
Proactively interviewing candidates to ensure we have a pool of people ready to work
Writing job ads and searching a database for those people who have a skill set that is hard to find
Forward thinking and planning about what projects our client base has coming up and having these people ready to work at the push of a button
After success in the role, you can develop into an Account Manager’s role which will include:
Providing exceptional customer service to our most important clients
Visiting all candidates onsite to ensure they are happy in their jobs
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates so that you become the first point of call for recruitment
Working closely and communicating with the State Manager to develop and grow our top client
In return we will offer a full training program to firstly achieve success as a Recruitment Consultant and then continue to work with you to develop your account management skills.
