We are currently seeking a full time Office Administration/Receptionist to provide support in all aspects of customer liaison, sales support, administration and social media coordination.
Your key responsibilities are varied and will include:
Record all client support requests
Record sales opportunities
Regularly update the company’s Social media pages
Update CRM system with business opportunities and leads
Entering Orders, Invoices and Receipts into our Accounting System
To be considered for the role you will have the following:
Previous experience would be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Have a ‘can do’ attitude and really want to take on this role and make it your own
Intermediate computer skills
The ability to work autonomously in a small team environment
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
