Meet and Greet International guests at the Toronto Airport.
Make sure guests have arrived safely with their entire luggage. Report any incidents immediately to office.
Answer guests’ questions about their upcoming tour in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Guide guests to pre-arranged group transportation to their hotels.
Work is assigned a week in advance via Excel spreadsheet sent via e-mail to you with airline, flight number, flight arrival time, and guest names, hotels they are going to, and transportation confirmation.
Guests are international English speaking tourists on a high budget tour, You will be meeting exceptionally nice people who may be very tired after a long trip. A calming personality with a friendly smile would be a welcoming beacon to these guests.
English speaker with concise written communication skills.
General knowledge of Montreal tourist attractions and public transportation. Up to date on current events happening in the city.
Must have computer and able to open e-mail with Excel attachments. Able to print out Excel work assignments.
Have a cell phone at all times.
Able to communicate with guests, fellow staff, suppliers, hotel staff, transportation providers, and Tour Directors in a concise and friendly manner.
Well Groomed and have an outgoing personality.
