The Corral and The Corral’s Otherside Pub is looking for an experienced head and line cook to run our kitchen. Experience effectively running a kitchen is a must.
With an established menu and client base we seek the experience and dedication to fill part time hours Tuesday to Saturday. Must be available nights, weekends and holidays. Knowledge of inventory, food prep, food costing an asset. Must be able to maintain inventory and communicate with night cook effectively. We are looking for team members to work with FOH and BOH.
