NUMBER OF OPENINGS : (1) 5:00-9:00PM current shift, 4 hours per shift, 1 day a week; (2) 8:30AM-5PM current shift, 8 hours per shift 2 days biweekly.
*1 and 2 alternate Saturday / Sunday every other weekend*
•Greet prospective residents and visitors in a professional manner.
•Require all visitors and vendors to sign in and out when they enter and leave building.
•Follow emergency protocols and procedures in a calm and assertive manner.
•Answer multi-line telephone including taking and relaying messages as needed.
•(Including taking maintenance/ housekeeping calls and fill out work orders appropriately/accurately).
•Perform general typing and other administrative tasks for the staff.
•Act as administrative support to managers as requested. •Handle and sort incoming/ outgoing mail on a daily basis.
•Exhibit and maintain professional work habits, appropriate punctuality, appropriate grooming, appropriate dress, a positive attitude and demeanor in interactions with residents, co-workers and the community-at-large.
•Work successfully as part of a team and responsible for developing then maintaining strong working relationships with co-workers.
•Attend staff meetings and training as required.
•Perform general office tasks as required. Perform special assignments, projects, and other duties as required.
•Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

•Preferred ability to communicate in Italian with clientele
** ability to cover additional shifts during peak periods or absences. On call for day shifts during the week.
