Job Functions Handle customer calls regarding service, invoicing and facilitate resolution arrangements Route Calls and Customer to most appropriateDepartment for final handling Handle each call with a high level of professionalism, quality and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied Resolving of customer account discrepancies Compliance to strict guidelines regarding privacy and protection of consumer information Meet and exceed performance expectations Upselling matched services
